Corporate Governance from the Perspective of Multinational Companies

Abstract

The research focuses on the form of governance of multinational companies and projects it to what is called international corporate governance. Three currents of governance are identified and discussed and after a general review they are synthesized to obtain results that aim to develop a better understanding of each one and how to use them as an effective instrument for the success of corporate governance.
