Abstract

The proper management and use of information in organizations is of utmost importance, its direct influence on decision-making is essential to achieve the objectives and goals set by it. When the limitations or weaknesses are unknown, errors that affect productivity and growth can be made, based on the above, the COOCIC cooperative, advanced the characterization of its palm growers in order to identify the shortcomings and limitations that determine the productive performance of its associates, so that the information found in this regard, allows taking actions and generating an action plan focused on closing the gaps in productive performance.
