This research seeks to strengthen the integral development of boys and girls of the transition degree of the Educational Institution "Antonio Martinez Delgado" Headquarters "El Progreso" through strategies that integrate the family in their training process; characterize the integral development of boys and girls, taking into account the lack of attention generated by parents who have a family breakdwn and desing and implement an educational strategy that involves parents, students and teachers of the thensition grade to strengthen the comprehensive development of dimensions. Thus presented a feasible project thet proposes a solution to the lack of commenication and affective ties in school education from the family, whose problem was addressed with a field research with a qualitative approach, of the Action Research type and whose alternative solution was based on a pedagogical proposal based on the methodology of learning in workshops. From the work carried out, the transformation in the participation and support of parents to the processes of integral formation of children was achieved, overcoming the barrier of disorganized affective ties.
