La Custodia Compartida en Colombia

Abstract

The research entitled Shared Custody in Colombia, a novel approach in Colombian legislation, mainly by the legislation of Spain, Puerto Rico and others such as Belgium, France and England, contemplate shared custody as a guarantee mechanism in the prevalence of children´s rights and their protection for the sake of their full and harmonious development, a healthy environment free of psychological, physical and emotional aggressions, care and love, become the most propitious space to form sons and daughters capable of being happy, prepared to go out outside their homes, family comfort and face their lives with maturity and independence. See life from the inside out, what they feel, what they think, what they see, what they believe about themselves, aspects that are sufficiently relevant and decisive for the full development of children´s.
