In this monograph, an analysis was carried out regarding the factors associated with the turnover of personnel within the organization Colombian American Chamber of Commerce where negative and positive aspects were highlighted to evaluate viable proposals to improve the human resources area of the itself.
In this context, staff turnover is defined as the sum of job creation (new ones generated in a given year) and job destruction (old jobs destroyed in a given year). It is understood as the sum of job creation (new jobs generated in a given year) and job destruction (old jobs destroyed in a given year) (Inter-American Development Bank, 2004).

The surveys were applied to two (2) members of each area of the company, with the support of the executive director and the administrative and financial director of the Colombo American Chamber of Commerce, an executive from each area (Director and Executive) was summoned , for a total of 15 officials.
