Abstract

In this documentary research, the requirements of the Management System for Educational Organizations of the technical standard NTC-ISO 2001:2019 are harmonized with the technical, political and management foundations of the National Strategy for Early Childhood "From Zero to Forever", so that educational organizations can optimize their processes in the planning and development of their services. In which the harmonization criteria are established through the literature analysis of the documents selected in the final corpus, which are part of the technical, political and management foundations of the National Strategy. Through the construction of the harmonization matrix, the results obtained and the interrelation of the management models are described, leading to a series of recommendations that facilitate their implementation in educational organizations.
