Herramienta de diagnóstico de responsabilidad social empresarial bajo el modelo de indicadores ETHOS para la sociedad Colombiana de anestesiología y reanimación S.C.A.R.E.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to show a diagnostic tool from the adaptation of ETHOS indicators, as a result of the analysis of different models that are available, whose purpose is to determine the level of incorporation of the Social Responsibility in the Colombian Society of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation S.C.A.R.E. which has established itself in the country as a union scientific society for more than 70 years, and in turn has looked after the interests of the guild of human talent in health at the level National. As well as the S.C.A.R.E., different scientific societies have expressed an interest in the implementation of management models. That is why Social Responsibility is not an issue outside the work that societies advance with regard to the needs of the guild and society. The development of the research is carried out on the basis of the analysis of bibliographic sources and models proposed by experts on the subject of Social Responsibility, who have focused on the guidelines that provide guidance on Social Responsibility that fall within the ISO 26000 standard or other international standards, including the ETHOS model.
