Análisis bibliométrico para herramientas de productividad aplicadas en empresas manufactureras entre los años 2000 a 2019

Abstract

Degree project whose objective is to carry out a bibliometric analysis on the use of productivity tools in manufacturing companies between 2000 and 2019, for which they are proposed as partial activities for the achievement of the general objective: to establish bibliometric indicators; analyze the relationship between the tools and the improvement in productivity, as well as determine what impact it had on the processes of the company, at the methodological level, consists of an analytical descriptive study, with a mixed approach that combines quantitative information with qualitative analysis; the technique is the documentary review of scientific literature in the Scopus database; the results report that the most used tools are 5's, SMED and Kaizen; the origin of the items is mostly from India and the impact varies according to the company and the country.
