Acompañamiento técnico en la revisión de proyectos estructurales, visitas de inspección ocular y patología estructural del proyecto CAM a cargo de la oficina asesora de planeación municipal de Piedecuesta - Santander

Abstract

This report describes the development of the professional internship as technical-administrative support in the municipal planning advisory office of Piedecuesta - Santander, where activities were carried out by the student Olga Lucia Velandia Carrillo from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the University Santo Tomás Bucaramanga, during the period that began on January 18 until July 19, 2021. Which were carried out in the order that the municipal planning advisory office ordered. Among the activities carried out are the reviews of structural projects of construction licenses for new works, expansion licenses, recognition of existing constructions, urban subdivision licenses filed before 2017; as well as the accompaniment in visual inspection visits, requested under user request rights, support in the elaboration of pathologies for the structures: peasant square and tobacco winery located on the village Olympic property and socialization of the river village public space project with the inhabitants of the sector.
