Resumen
The following research is part of the pedagogy line of a doctoral degree in education of Santo Tomás University in Bogotá city. This research addresses the set of transformations promoted in the unitary rural schools: Arizona, Iberia, Manacá and Tilatá of Institución Educativa Departamental Agroindustrial Santiago de Chocontá public school, in a physical scenario different from the classroom of traditional class. In this sense, this doctoral thesis identified the educational actors of the rural context and interpreted from their experiences the situations that generated conflict in the school setting. Likewise, this research analyzed the role played by emotions in conflict transformation and finally, a pedagogical proposal was designed by unitary rural schools based on the logic of the game and the teaching of values.
The capitular structure of this research proposes some preliminary sections, in which the topic, the problem, the justification and the objectives that envision the projected path for its resolution are introduced. The creation of the frame of reference is the purpose of the second chapter, and which gives way to the identification of the rural context of Choconta town, specifically of the schools subject matter. The fourth chapter, develops the methodological framework, in it the paradigm, approach and method that directs the research process are defined. In the following chapters, four specific actions are established: development of the objectives by categories, analysis and discussion of the information, impact and conclusions of the research.
