Resumen
With this project, it was sought to determine the current state of the structure, of the underground parking lot of the Quintas de Morelia III complex. To do this, a methodology was followed, with which activities were carried out that allowed identifying the pathologies present in the structure and also determining its seismic vulnerability. Initially, it was necessary to carry out a visual inspection and a photographic record of the structure, in order to identify each of the pathologies present there, followed by a series of laboratory tests, such as sclerometry, regatta and extraction of concrete cores, this in order to establish the properties of the materials that make up the structural elements. Once the laboratory results were analyzed, it was possible to identify which points are the most affected in the structure. Likewise, it was facilitated to determine what are the sources that generate the pathologies that affect the structure, in order to give some recommendations that allow their correction.
The ETABS software and the results obtained from the laboratory tests were used to make a model, which showed an approximate behavior of the structure, with which the flexibility index, overexertion index can be determined, which allowed to analyze the seismic vulnerability of the structure, this to be able to demonstrate if the structure with its current state is capable of withstanding a seismic event.
This project also made it possible to establish which are the most vulnerable structural elements, with which it was possible to propose some type of reinforcement that allows them to withstand a seismic event. Likewise, it was possible to determine if the structure meets the minimum requirements required by NSR-10 and it can be considered an earthquake-resistant structure.
