Resumen
The purpose of this project is to design and implement a strategic marketing plan for the company Parqueadero El Volante to improve its market positioning and differentiate it from its competitors. For its execution, an initial diagnosis was carried out where the internal and external situation of the company was analyzed by applying qualitative (interviews) and quantitative (surveys) research to identify the aspects that the client values and desires, as well as the market behavior. Based on the above, a strategic plan was designed based on objectives, strategies and tactics that would contribute to the achievement of the goals set, which were implemented and evaluated by means of KPI indicators to know their efficiency and the benefits generated for the company.
