Abstract

The formless present assembles each of the activities recovered in Planning Secretariat and Public Works of Socotá Boyacá Municipality, in the practice realized in modality of social work to choose for the title of civil engineer, which was realized from the articles of apprenticeship Not. 001 of 2017 which object is " TO GUARANTEE TO THE APPRENTICE THE INTEGRAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF CIVIL ENGINEERING, WHICH I KNOW IMPARTIRA IN HIS PRACTICAL STAGE DEVELOPED IN SOCOTA's MUNICIPALITY. " Time stipulated inside the contract with from date on January 02, 2017 and liquidation of the contract on June 02, 2017, directed by the engineer Julián Edgardo Goyeneche Perez, with a total of (800) hours (5) months, since it takes form of the documents close to the university of coordination with the engineer tutor William Ricardo Mozo. The functions entrusted by the secretary of planning as auxiliary engineer gave space to the application of scientific and technological knowledge implemented in the part of, you structure, geotechnical, it manages and construction and water resource being of benefit to the community of Socotá Boyacá's municipality so that the processes executed by means of public contracting are legislated by Colombian in force regulations that fulfill with the established in the Manual of Contracting, Law 80 of 1993, law 1150 of 2007, decree 1510 of 2013, decree 1082 of 2015 and the COLOMBIAN REGULATION OF CONSTRUCTION RESISTANT EARTHQUAKE NSR-10.
