Summary
The objective of this business plan is to propose the creation of a company that produces aloe vera derivatives, in the Department of Meta, 2021. The research is carried out in the Pijao Indigenous Community, located in the San Antonio de Villavicencio citadel, Meta.
On the other hand, the aloe leaf will be transformed into: (Aloe Vera gel, soap) through an industrial process that involves a greater generation of value.
Additionally, it is well known that the final price of the product suffers from various alterations, this because the peasant is not the one who sells directly to the final consumer, but this process is carried out through an intermediary, be it a merchant in a food market or a supermarket. , leaving the producer with little profit and a profit, many times lower than the production costs, which is why the creation of this company is encouraged to achieve a higher income and improve the profits of the aloe producers.
This research aims to guide the Pijao Indigenous Community or CIP of the city of Villavicencio, in conjunction with the Santo Tomas University, Villavicencio, Meta, and the Faculty of Agricultural Business Administration, in the activities aimed at carrying out agro-industrial processes and the empowerment of the producer in the production chain; From the stage of cultivation, harvest, transfer of products, transformation and commercialization, on the latter, it is to propose alternatives that allow the peasant to be a producer-seller.
