Resumen
The objective is to highlight with preeminence the representative value of the human management process in the organizational field, with an analysis and design of new strategies for continuous improvement in labor well-being, identification of internal variables that affect the strategic direction. Through a systematic documentary exploration, the factors that involve human management as an organizational leader will be addressed. The need for the SME to have an alignment with strategic purposes would be determined as conclusive. A collaborative staff is essential their experience, training and training in the organization for the achievement of a leading human management. Being decisive the creation of qualified quality teams in each of the processes, ensuring that the organization has the capacity for continuous improvement to guarantee quality competitiveness.
