INALRED LTDA is a company created in 1990 in the industrial sector, in its beginnings with a 100% manufacturing approach mainly aimed at the manufacture of components for machinery such as Speed Moto-Reducers in the metalworking sector of the country where at the time, the environment was not yet very competitive and over time it managed to establish itself in more technical processes demanded by the industry in general for the acquisition of equipment and supplies for the handling of raw materials and finished product, whether in bulk, boxes or packages.
Currently, the company does not have a marketing and advertising department due to its reduced corporate structure, which is why it is intended to improve and implement the processes of e-marketing, website administration, social media management (SEO and SEM) in engines. search to strengthen and boost the recognition of the company, since the current campaigns have not generated a significant impact on the positioning of the company. In addition to contributing to the identification of opportunities and evaluating the degree of relationship with stakeholders, determining new opportunities. On the other hand, the creation of an identity that is firstly recognizable by its members to later be projected to its clients, adding value to the brand. Finally, it allows services, processes and other business activities to be aligned and focused on a common goal. In this way, both marketing, sales and business development in general are adjusted to achieve the most favorable result for the company.
Because the organization has started economic activities in regard to exports, it allows to identify its international focus, especially in the countries of South America, which requires a strengthening and rigorous structure of the marketing department that allows its adequate immersion in the international markets to identify and adapt to the particular demands and needs of each environment.
