Abstract

The purpose of this architectural proposal is to design an architectural object that responds in an ideal way to the new approach and trends of this building typology, is effectively integrated into public cultural policy in terms of democratic access to education and information, and responds to its mission as a social service, consolidating a core of public services for the community and the sector where it is located, and integrating itself into the existing network of public spaces and green spaces, generating new meeting points and citizen participation that translate into improvement of the quality of life and its appropriation by the population it serves Keywords: library, public library, barrio Mutis, Bucaramanga
