Resumen
The following document deals with the implementation of a quality management system in the Amazonian Fine Foods company because it does not have an implemented quality management system. Which is dedicated to the development and sale of energy bars for athletes and ordinary people. In the development of the same, the stages of addressing and structuring the Quality Management System are contemplated, which seek to enhance the processes, organization, product and quality of the company.
