The problematic one to approach in this investigation consists of identifying the perception of the internal users of a public Hospital of the city of Santiago, about the Organizacional Climate that they appreciate in the work place, in this case Intensive Services. The objectives are: To diagnose the Organizacional Climate of the Intensive Services of the Hospital in study, which four oriented specific objectives to the profit of the general mission are come off; the study was defined as quantitative, descriptive of cross section, and the universe in study was all the population that worked in the Intensive Services of the Hospital Institute of Neurosurgery Dr Asenjo, that is to say, UCI, UTI, operating Pos. In order to collect the data, a survey composed by 71 questions was applied which were grouped in 14 items corresponding to considered subjects basic to analyze to diagnose the Organizacional Climate, assigning to them to each answers a category from 1 to 5 to those questions raised in negative, and from 5 to 1 to those questions raised in positive. It is considered like a Population with a Climate Organizacional healthy, to the greater number of answers than they are in category 5 and with a Climate Organizacional sickly, to the greater number of answers than they are in category 1. The results were: The three Services in studies are perceived like in routes or that is with healthy Organizacional Climate, situation that is repeated with the perception of this one (Organizacional Climate) in the institution in general. The Items that stands out by being perceived as healthy, is the Motivation, the Supervision, the Support and the Identity, but the Labor Stability, is the weakest point within the institution. On the other hand at level of Services, the Communication is the other factor mainly damaged and badly perceived. The conclusions of this study is that the Hospital and its sub.-units of intensive Services, is diagnosed with Organizacional Climate predominantly healthy, without great differences between items evaluated like healthy, regular and sickly, therefore affirming that each Service does not work like a separated and isolated organization of the rest, but well like a community that it looks for to direct his goals in coordinated, organized and united form.
