Resumen
Currently, companies are in crisis situations because they are not exempt from failures in their organizational processes or errors caused by third parties: mass media, external entities, producers, suppliers, the environment, among others that may affect their processes of management. For this reason, organizations design and implement the crisis manual as a guide to adequately face these moments and to show them in broad strokes the elements that must be taken into account so that the results of the process are aimed at continuous improvement.
Therefore, the present work responds to a theoretical-practical investigation for the restructuring and updating of the crisis manual of the EPS Consortium, Compensar and Comfenalco Valle as a communication tool that provides guiding elements so that the Organization and its collaborators know how act and respond to a crisis situation.
