Propuesta metodológica para el proceso de identificación, automatización y publicación de servicios de información a través del portal web de la agencia nacional del espectro (ANE)

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to prepare a methodological proposal for the National Spectrum Agency (ANE), to be taken into account in the identification, automation and publication of its online information services. This methodological proposal is based mainly on the guidelines of the “estrategia de Gobierno en Línea” program, however, and in order to adapt it to the particularities and needs of the entity, a practical case study was carried out in which each of the activities carried out during the identification, planning and design phases of the service were identified in order to feed the final proposal. This case study consists of the design of a web application on the unlicensed bands of the radioelectric spectrum, and is based on an analysis of the needs of the ICT sector and the community in general, as well as the information contained in Resolution 711 of 2016, issued by the National Spectrum Agency (ANE).
