La informalidad laboral en el municipio de Toca Boyacá, un fenómeno que impide el progreso en la población

Abstract

This article analyses the situation of informality of work in the Municipality of Toca Boyacá, since equal to this, many of the Municipalities of Colombia suffer from the same problem with very similar variables, it is sought to understand why the inhabitants of these populations remain immersed in informality and thus cannot progress in their business and lives. Taking into account the documentary tracking consulted and the surveys carried out on the factors of informality you get a view on the following question, what are the factors associated with the informality of the Municipality of Toca Boyacá? It is the result of a two-phase research process, a documentary tracking process when the analysis of investigative backgrounds that give theoretical support to the project, is characterized by presenting original results of completed projects a bibliographic review of at least 50 references, it was determined what were the main factors for the existence of informality work in the municipality of Toca Boyacá. As a conclusion of the article, the general objective in which from a survey applied to the different informal businesses that is in the municipality, it is evident that the conditions under which the informal economy is incurred is given for reasons such as the lack of job opportunity, the high taxation that exists in Colombia , also an important factor that is the level of schooling that exists among these since many of them only have primary and secondary and finally we find that women do so because they are head of household mothers and want to bring an income for the minimum to meet the basic needs of their family.
