Estudio de patología del pabellón de pediatría Calixto Torres del hospital de San José (monumento nacional)

Abstract

The Pavilion of Pediatrics which is the object of the present study is an architectural style of hybrid character between the structure considered as B.I.C and the annexed construction that was carried out after the mentioned category. The structure does not comply with the Colombian Norms of Earthquake Resistant Constructions NSR10, for which a vulnerability study must be carried out, which is constituted by a series of tests of destructive and non-destructive materials, as well as the analysis of the structure at heritage level in the area that corresponds to this category and in the structure annexes an analysis of its construction system and everything that implies. The pathology study will give the causes of the lesions found in the structure providing an adequate and definitive solution to them and making the appropriate designs for compliance with the NSR10, which will include the architectural design to meet the service requirements that supplies said pavilion.
