Resumen
Companies nowadays located in different sectors tend to achieve success in their organizations. Thus, a notable competitive advantage is the adaptation to its SGC and an SGA. Currently there are companies that have both Management systems, but that in the application of these standards, have not yet been integrated, which presents a competitive disadvantage. There are also companies that are not aware of the increase in productivity that could be obtained with the simultaneous application of both standards, from obtaining an optimization of resources, reducing bland expenses, to better control
The organizations that implement the aforementioned management systems have to invest and exercise a certain control for their maintenance. With the recent version of the standards ISO 9001: 2015, and ISO 14001: 2015, there are some useful similarities for the optimization of resources and other benefits, which is why there is a need to integrate these standards into a single integrated management system. .
These two standards, in addition to covering different topics, have many things in common in their standards, after the 2015 revision and the incorporation of an annex SL that adopts the high-level structure for both standards, it can be seen that they have the same numbers of clauses for certain requirements, so they are very similar, although it is also important to mention that they have different approaches, which should be kept in mind
The following research contemplates the integration of the NTC ISO 9001 and the NTC ISO 14001 proposes a proposal for the integration of quality management and environmental management systems, as is a methodological guide detailing the steps for the integration of both. Integrating elements are identified, based on the high level structure, and the PHVA cycle. The guide presents the integration of numerals, with objectives to be carried out, actions to be taken and expected results for each chapter.
This proposal makes it possible to save time and use it in other activities, in addition to reducing the resources allocated to the management system separately, those related to personnel or labor, in productive organizations.
