Abstract

In this report you can detail the work done in the Colombian Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where I do my business internships as a complement to my professional training process in International Business, Universidad Santo Tomas de Bucaramanga. The position held during the 6 months was that of Foreign Trade Advisor, which was a valuable and rewarding contribution as experience. The completion of this internship allowed me to acquire new knowledge and strengthen my pre-knowledge obtained in the Academy, also develop new skills by assigning various functions such as: The commercial missions. Individual agendas The sector notes Consultations on Foreign Trade. Support in related events and with various entrepreneurs, among others. All this allowed me to feel the reality of the business world in business, in two cultures with similarities but very genuine and with their own ways of negotiating. I could see the different ways to strengthen commercial relations between Spain and Colombia. Also identify the Colombian Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, as that strategic ally for Colombian and Spanish businessmen who are looking for effective solutions to their different day-to-day needs such as; the current situation of the sector to review the feasibility and make the decision, if it is the case of entering into it, logistics, trade between the two countries with figures and statistics, the procedures and documents required for the processes of Trade and Foreign and other type of national or foreign procedures, culture; in this case from the other country to be able to negotiate, legal advice and support in different types of events. Everything is related to International Businesses, especially to strengthen relations in all their orders of the two countries. In this we also seek to open markets, make strategic alliances and achieve the win - win relationship, since it is one of the main functions of the Colombo - Spanish Chamber as it is also called.
