Riesgos psicosociales y estrés en trabajadores informales en la ciudad de Bogotá

Abstract

This research addressed the phenomenon of informal work, based on the premise that "work" is a factor that determines the well-being, stability and conditions of other vital spheres for a person and their social group. The general objective was to analyze the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and stress in informal workers in the city of Bogotá. A quantitative, descriptive, correlational study was carried out through the application of the Battery of instruments test for the evaluation of psychosocial risk factors (Ministry of Health and Social Protection, 2010) adapted, this test measures the risk factors in an intralaboral and extra-labor way, besides of stress levels. Through the SPSS software for the collection and ease of data handling, the items were rated, an analysis of Cronbach's alpha, factor analysis, normality test and Spearman correlation test, resulting in a very high level high in intralaboral, extralaboral sociodemographic risk factors analyzed showed that informal workers are within the average economy of the country refuting the unfavorable social imaginary that is faced with their quality of life, in addition to a relationship in terms of psycho-emotional symptoms and social relations in a positive way.
