This research work carries out a bibliographic review whose objective is to recognize the theorical factors associated with the management of change in organizations, in the investigations that have been carried out in the discipline of psychology. With the idea of doing a review of articles, was carried out in the Jstor, Scopus and Science Direct databases, in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese languages in the period from 2007 to 2017, initially finding 49,774 of the which were selected only 56 articles using the respective filter for each language allusive to "Management of organizational change" in the area of psychology specifically. A quantitative analysis was performed through textual and categorical variables using the statistical R program. As a result they found how the authors share ideas about good management and preparation in the process of change in organizations and as a clear and correct leadership position conducive to a good change management process, providing as much guidance as possible and above all training academic to the worker.
