Resumen
History and construction of the "Binde" based on Termite mound (coastal stove) Due to its geography and plains, the department of Atlántico can be considered a suitable place to host simple, semi-sedentary cultures of small towns. The cultures or peoples of this region produced stone instruments sculpted on one side to hunt animals; and also, they had oval pressure stones to break hard seeds; and various slabs of sandstone and grainy for grinding or grinding soft foods; Thanks to archaeological discoveries, it is certain that the first settlers of the Colombian Caribbean Coast were the producers of the first ceramics in America six thousand years ago. On the other hand, the evidence shows that only two thousand years later it appeared in Mexico and Peru, which allowed to confirm that in this territory the American civilizations took off culturally (Durán de Reichel, 1992) in (Gobernación del Atlantico, 2018, p.17 ), the invention of ceramics completely changed eating habits, since it was possible to cook for the first time some foods that made digestion difficult when raw, depended less on the activity of hunting animals and tried new ways of life. Ceramic containers were used to store water and drinks, save food to preserve it for a longer time without insects, fungi, bacteria and other animals from reaching them.
