| dc.description.abstract | The objective of the business practice in Claro Colombia focuses on accompanying processes related to attentions and sales of services for corporate clients (business and business), in which the activities developed are recorded, the lessons learned and input in the area. In the course of this experience, different aspects related to telecommunications are covered both at the technical and theoretical level. Functions such as: 1. Providing technical support to consultants in standard solution offerings in connectivity, telephony and datacenter are performed. 2. Study own fiber optic network coverage 3. Analyze technical requirements, quality assurance, cost of last mile solutions 4. The other functions assigned according to area needs.
This work experience allows skills and skills to be developed that lead to the unmatched growth of learning, bringing meaning and value to the human and professional training of the person who performs it. | |
