Abstract

Nestlé is one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world. One of the main indicators managed in Nestlé's purchasing department especially for Direct purchases of raw material and packaging material Pack is the supplier Evaluation dashboard, better known as VES, which measures three vendors main parameters: Quality, Deliveries on time and Quantity, which are scored from 0 to 100 if Comply or not.

The present work aims to identify proposals and carry out actions that lead to increase the percentage of the indicator that rates supplier compliance for all Nestlé-Colombia plants, ensuring that the variables are reviewed and adjusted demonstrate improvements in the indicator through effective compliance with the parameters with which qualify them.
