Percepción de los espacios en el colegio general Santander I.E.D.

Abstract

This research exercise deals with the analysis of perceptions of space and places based on the written expression of some senior students in a public school in Bogotá. This is the starting point for a thoughtful discussion that allows us to understand the social and cultural perceptions fundamental to both pedagogical and administrative decision-making.

The aim is to get a glimpse of the values and meanings resulting from the mutual experience between the subject and the environment. The conclusions come from the narratives composed by students of eleventh grade about their appreciation and connection with the material and symbolic environment of the College.
