Plataforma E-Health bajo estándar HL7 para la estadificación y seguimiento al tratamiento del cáncer de tiroides

Abstract

The government of Colombia through the law 1419 of 2010 Art.2. It obliges all entities providing health services, to promote the distance health service called Telemedicine, for the components of prevention, promotion, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, by specialists in areas that use information technologies, to this end. be able to reach populations with limitations of medical services or access in their geographical area. This is monitored by entities such as Min Salud and Min TIC. According to the need seen, a WEB platform developed in Java, with a Mobile Application in operating systems, Android and IOS, to support the work of the oncologist physician specialist in thyroid cancer, which systematizes the TNM method to predict survival in years of the patient. This software allows registering statistical information in HL7 format in a database and generates statistical data, so that it is a basis for analysis and study of the behavior of this type of cancer in Colombia.
