Using a checklist with the behaviors to evaluate, determining if it complies, does not comply, does it in an inadequate way, or does not apply (depending on the gender).
Results: it was observed that 3 out of 5 male students perform beard procedures. Hand washing before performing surgery 5 out of 24 students do it. They have long nails and enamel 4 of 19 women. Surgical gloves are not properly sterilized in the glove compartment of the field by any student. Use mouth rinses before surgery, only 14 out of 24 students do so. The proper handling of the syringe in 18 students. The protective mask only 9 use it properly, 6 did not use it. The use of the guardian and the elimination of critical and non-critical waste are acts performed by students; in the same way, the washing of the instruments, drying and packing.
Conclusions: more than half of the students do not comply with the majority of the asepsis and antisepsis behaviors evaluated in the clinic, whose behaviors could favor an adverse event or work accident during the procedure, both for the patient and the operator.
