IBM (International Business Machines) is an American multinational technology and consulting company based in Armonk, New York. IBM manufactures and markets computer hardware and software, and offers infrastructure services, Internet hosting, and consulting in a wide range of computer-related areas, from central computers to nanotechnology.
The sales department of IBM Colombia is managed through the Inside Sales marketing model, which differs from the traditional sale because it is an activity where the salesperson always develops his work in the physical space of the office, without the need to travel to to visit clients. The sales department has six units that are: STG (Systems and Technology Group), ITS (Integrated Technology Services), TSS (Tech Support and Maintenance Services), LDR (Lead Development Representative), SCDE (Sales Center Delivery Exellence) and Human Resources.
