Resumen
The reference research proposes a change management methodology applicable in the implementation of a management system, in any type of organization, regardless of its business name, size or economic activity. This in order to ensure that these management systems last over time, remain anchored to the organizational strategy by affecting the organizational culture, seeking the appropriation and decisive participation of the collaborators. This project is developed in three phases: the exploratory and documentary in which an exhaustive review of the theories and methodologies on the management of change is carried out simultaneously with a conceptual review of the management systems, elements that compose them, methods for their implementation. in organizations and factors of success and failure that are commonly presented, this in order to demonstrate how change management can be a valuable tool for achievement. The design phase that is developed starting from the theoretical precepts that are exposed in the previous phase and framing them within the high-level structure of the management systems and the continuous quality improvement cycle, this in order to establish similarities and thus be able to determine the key elements that will be taken into account to establish the change management methodological proposal applicable to a management system. And the validation phase, in which the judgment of experts is used, to achieve a methodological consensus based in criteria of clarity, relevance and applicability of the proposed strategy, evaluating its applicability and use.
