Resumen
The subject of this work - undergraduate monograph - to opt for the Master's degree in Private Law, is Domain Law, which is exercised over binary goods in digital reality, the latter understood as part of a daily environment formed by both The digital as well as the material, for this writing, the definition of digital or virtual reality will be taken (Vázquez, 2013, p.45):
"Virtual reality is one that takes place in a digital space, such as local networks, computers for data storage, virtual spaces and cyberspace and it is only possible to access this reality through a computer, an intelligent device and in the case of cyberspace, an internet connection ”
Within this investigation, the following question arises: Is there an absence of legal treatment or anomie in Colombia for the right of ownership or ownership of binary assets?
To achieve an answer to the research question, as a general objective, the following is proposed: To determine if there is an anomie in Private Colombian Civil Property Law, Law of ownership or property over binary assets.
Complementing the general objective, the following are the specific objectives: 1) Point out the traditional theory of Private Law, Civil Property, Domain Law on the assets that make up the heritage in Colombia. 2) Analyze the need for the recognition of binary assets by Private Civil Property Law. 3) Describe the relevant aspects of legal argumentation to establish and identify anomie in the legal treatment of binary assets.
