Resumen
For a country, some factors that most benefit and promote its development
productive and economic are the creation of companies, the generation of employment and
competitiveness in the market, for this reason it is considered as a factor
important to be able to encourage and preserve entrepreneurship and innovation in the
business environment, since it not only generates a benefit for the country in terms
economic.
In relation to the above, the approach by which a company is going to be run
produces internal changes in the organization that not only improves the style of
leadership, but also generates a more organized corporate culture,
optimizes problem solving, reduces costs, and ensures that decisions
be taken with much more certainty.
To achieve the above, the company should establish a methodology through
from which the organization's landscape is broadened, by determining methods for
continuously improve the processes that are carried out and with this meet the goals
established, through the promotion and provision of the necessary tools
to enhance internal work.
One of the reasons why Blindes Ltda. does not have a P.E. is the lack of a
clear concept about it, so that the need for tools and
methods of collecting information and data that the company can provide,
in order to identify the most representative deficiencies of the processes
carried out within the organization and thus focus said proposal on the
improvement and innovation of the process that most requires it, and thus generate a wide
long-term strategic outlook that benefits the company, growth and
development of its activities.
The current situation of Blindes Ltda. presents a lack of knowledge about the
concept of strategic planning and its respective creation and execution, as well
same, the need for the hasty obtaining of results together with a
little control of the organizational management is presented the inexistence of a
internal strategic planning: the company does not register a mission, vision, objectives or
their respective measurement, for this reason, the opportunity to improvise is contemplated
within their processes and an uncertainty regarding their results because they do not
there is a schedule for the activities to be carried out; this generates some
static processes that prevent optimal and assertive decision making. In
Consequently, sales are affected, which are one of the pillars
essential for the sustainability of the organization, which translates into a
competitive disadvantage in the market.
