The arrival of the internet, the evolution of Web 2.0 and the rise of social networks, have rapidly generated changes in communication processes, since the way of transmitting information was simplified and allowed consumers to also actively participate in this process. , where feedback is possible. Thus, social networks like Twitter have positioned themselves in society, thanks to their simplicity, immediacy and efficiency in transmitting information.
This microblogging has become an indispensable tool for those seeking to receive and generate content through Web 2.0. The media, politicians, celebrities, and even ordinary citizens, make use of this social network, both to inform themselves and to express opinions, thus building a two-way process that allows interaction between different social actors and the creation of communities, around a topic of interest.
