Abstract

When conducting an internal and external analysis of the Insupan company, the need to consolidate a strategic management system that declares the short, medium and long term strategic planning of the organization is detected. An action plan that brings together the strategies and initiatives necessary to fulfill the strategic objectives, seeking to fulfill the mission, vision, guidelines and policies, the latter were consolidated from the internal and external diagnosis of the organization which were grouped in 5 dimensions that in turn were reaffirmed with each tool proposed in this project, managing to deliver an action plan based on the Balance Scorecard, in which actions are identified by objectives, the schedule, responsible, indicators, budget among others factors that affect its optimal execution
