Resumen
Life quality has always been considered a clear objective in terms of human development, so its concept and the factors that can affect it within the organizational context constitute the starting point of this study. Finding that the aspects and family relationships that are part of the lives of employees has a high impact on their performance and therefore on the productivity of organizations.
In addition, it was found that standards such as ISO 26000: 2010 that seek social development by companies in a responsible manner encourage concern about the repercussions that business economic activity has on external stakeholders such as the population and the environment. Likewise, the Family Responsible Company (FRC) standard seeks to improve the quality of life of employees through the reconciliation of work and family life of company employees.
Considering the relevance of these premises and the concept of quality given by ISO 9001: 2015, the relationships between the relevant principles of the ISO 26000 and 9001 standards with the FRC standard were sought, identifying common points between these standards that allowed their articulation by means of an analysis of logical correspondence between the principles identified as keys in each of the standards. Subsequently, its unification with the FRC standard was developed through the disaggregation of its family-responsible company measures in their respective dimensions and the conceptual interweaving of them with the ISO principles considered, which were reflected in a model that allows organizations to apply conditions that improve the quality of life of employees, as well as their quality and corporate image, thereby increasing their productivity.
With this, an FRC - ISO diagnosis and integration model was developed to evaluate the current condition of the organization in matters related to EFR, the level of integration with the aforementioned ISO standards and an action plan that allows generating certifications in the 3 standards and its successful integration, all with the aim of improving the quality of life of employees, their families and improving the performance and quality of the organizations that apply this model. Finally, the integration model was validated by means of a panel of 3 experts on the subject and a validation of statistical consistency for both the content validation instrument and the logical articulation instrument, obtaining respectively a Cronbach's alpha of 0.919 and 0.995 which indicate a high level of consistency.
