Propuesta de Optimización de los Procesos del SIGE desde el Departamento de Internacionalización de la Escuela Superior de Guerra “General Rafael Reyes Prieto” – ESDEG

Abstract

The main objective of the professional practice developed at the “General Rafael Reyes Prieto” War College had the main objective of putting into practice the knowledge and skills acquired in the International Business program of the Santo Tomas Tunja sectional University, through the development of functions as Administrative services intern. Likewise, it sought to identify the needs of the institution having as a theoretical foundation the quality management system, which supposes a set of policies, objectives, processes, documents and resources that lead to improving the quality of an organization, which in turn Instead, it is made up of actions or strategies that allow improving global performance and generating a stable base of initiatives within the framework of sustainable development (León, et al 2018). Said objective was fulfilled, through the implementation of strategies that favored processes of the internationalization department and internal institutional ones regarding the control of entry and exit of documents from the aggregates. Finally, the activities carried out and the strategies implemented in professional practice were in accordance with the social projection established for the curricular program, therefore, the pre-professional practice allowed the student to develop personal but professional skills and abilities.
