This monograph is developed from a theoretical compilation that according to the position of different authors regarding the quality of CVL work life and performance from its origins, definitions and theories, as well as its relationship with other concepts such as job satisfaction, expectations and motivation, attitudes and valuation towards work, involvement - commitment and centrality, allow establishing for this research the importance of diagnosing the individual psychological factors associated with the quality of work life that influence the performance of employees; For this, the company Textiles Margaretex is selected as an experimental model to which a survey is applied as an instrument to measure and identify which are the individual psychological factors that have flaws in it and thus be able to make an improvement proposal that meets the needs of the company, based on the above-mentioned bibliographic references, both theoretical and from the results of other investigations that will allow identifying those factors that are directly related to CVL and as already mentioned in performance.
From the above, it could be concluded that for the selected company, motivation and attitude, commitment and centrality are the main indicators that reflect the deterioration in the performance of the collaborators, the latter despite being satisfied in their workplace allow for their responses in said survey identify shortcomings, which are expected in the future if the improvement plan is applied and appropriated in the company Textiles Margaretex can initiate its continuous improvement plan, since undoubtedly the individual must be seen about his performance as a person who at the Being psychologically stable in most aspects of your life can directly be more efficient at work and closer to the proposed goals.
