Abstract

The issue of the victims of the internal armed conflict and its reparation in a framework of transitional justice has recently been re-emphasized. In the 2000s, the stigmatization of several social organizations affected the Network of Citizen initiatives for peace and against war - REDEPAZ as a national subject of collective reparation. This is a descriptive study based on legal hermeneutics to know the current status of the collective redress of REDEPAZ. This organization through the focus of the transforming memory. Despite the government's non-compliance, REDEPAZ has achieved this process.
