Although cerebral palsy doesn’t choose who affects, it has come in a strong way to meddle in the world’s homes and although it is common it has not been take care of in the best way; it is why the current research is focused in establish basic levels of development, in students with cerebral palsy in coherence with the implementation of an early stimulation program, which will be useful for all the people who are in direct and indirect contact with this population; besides giving rise to new studies that look with favor on treatment about this cerebral anomaly.
Systematization of experience was carry out in Nuevo León - México, in New Dawn Institution, with 19 inscribed students to the abilities group for the learning A and B, besides counting with the 4 schooled children that entering for reinforcement in the afternoon; in the same way family parents played an important role, because allowed the students participation, besides to perform surveys, to validate the hypotheses found; it should be noted the importance of the professionals that worked with the students to give better results, thus they were too an indirect part of the investigation.
The field diary was used as a working tool, which allowed the detailed description of each sessions, recognizing the basic needs that students presents, then a survey was conducted, which aimed to identify and strengthen the conception of the importance of early stimulation, evidenced as a primary need, which allowed create new meanings through opinions, from the experience of each tutor in charge of development process of each student.
