The form of settlement in places of high environmental risk has made the state has no interest in them, thus affecting their quality of life and leaving behind young people and special people who today can contribute something to society, this makes them consume in poor health, violence and drugs.

It has large natural and abandoned spaces where they can be used for the improvement of the neighborhood. These spaces can be useful for the architectural development as the equipments where it is taught, to have a better life, and in the urban thing to take advantage of the vegetation that gives the place to generate viewpoints and environmental routes to also improve the roads that the same population of the place has been developing.
