Resumen
The occupational safety and health management system in Colombia is governed by resolution 0312 of 2019, which establishes that companies with 11 to 50 workers, classified as at risk IV or V, are obliged to comply with the minimum standards. According to the above, the objective of the research project is to design the prevention and care of incidents, accidents and occupational diseases programs of the company CURTIDOS DE COLOMBIA GROUP S.A.S.
To fulfill this purpose, an identification of the legal framework was made; requirements and inputs of the incidents, accidents and occupational diseases programs applicable to the company, percentage of current compliance according to the results of the initial evaluation of the occupational safety and health management system. The self-evaluation proposed in resolution 0312 of 2019 and the analysis of the results of the ratings according to the PHVA cycle of the occupational safety and health management system of the company Curtidos de Colombia Group S.A.S.
The results found served as inputs for the transformation in the process of designing the program of management, investigation and control of incidents and accidents at work and of the management program in the prevention of occupational diseases of the company Curtidos de Colombia Group S.A.S. In addition, as outputs of the process, we also created a tool in which to manage incidents, accidents and occupational diseases programs. The design of these programs, as well as the tool allows the company to improve production processes, reduce the absenteeism of workers due to incidents, accidents and occupational diseases and avoid expenses as a result of medical disabilities, fines, compensations and other inconveniences. generated as a consequence of not having the programs and the tool.
