Abstract

This improvement plan consists of the creation of a DASHBOARD for the company Conectar TV in the administrative area of ​​communications since, at present, national and international processes are handled but the simplified display of information is needed for decision-making. The purpose of this Dashboard is that the communications area can present its detailed information graphically so that bosses, managers, analysts and administrators can observe faults or also improvements in the process and thus be more efficient.
