Influencia del sector privado en la generación de corrupción 

Abstract

Corruption in the public-private alliance is one of the detriments of the State in matters of social, political, economic and security development in Colombia. This work includes a study through a bibliographic review that shows the phenomenon of corruption in private companies. Therefore, it is sought to identify through a bibliographic review how the phenomenon is generated based on systematic abuses of power to negotiate and award contracts, corruption in private companies and how this affects the public-private alliance, knowing that power the state has been broken both legally and in matters of social, political, economic and security development in Colombia; in order to build an information base that makes the corruption situation of the private company in Colombia evident and discloses it, with the aim of providing a solution to this problem, since this phenomenon is not easy to observe and endures clandestinely and is not therefore, it gives the corresponding treatment.
