Resumen
This article presents the results of this research whose objective was to know and analyze moral judgment and discursive ethics in persons attached to groups outside the Colombian law. The method was qualitative of exploratory-hermeneutic character. The sample was obtained intentionally and was made up of 15 ex-combatants (ex-guerillas, ex-paramilitaries and members of criminal gangs-GAO-), who were evaluated through semi-structured interviews and with the Defining Issues Test DIT. Three categories of analysis were determined: 1) stages of moral judgment: preconventional, conventional and postconventional; 2) domains: moral, social and personal, and 3) ethical reflection from the levels: prereflexivo, reflective morality, normative ethics, metaethics and descriptive ethics. The analysis of the results allowed five categories to emerge: (1) functional systemic dominance, (2) moral and ethical denials, (3) justicier-avenging power morality, (4) moral linguistic codes or recoding, and (5) of morality. It was evidenced that the most used level of moral judgment is the conventional one and that the moral judgments that realize these people outside the law are based on the ideological thing. Lacking notion of error about some moral judgments. Thus there is a strong link between moral judgment and discourse ethics forming a dialogical unity, as long as they sustain and influence each other.
