With this documentary, descriptive and quantitative project, it was intended to determine the costs and estimate the prices through scaling clauses in a catering service company, for which it was intended to explain the costing systems and the methods of setting sales prices for goods or services, which served as the basis for establishing the expenses of a flagship event and estimating prices through escalation clauses; The foregoing made it easier to identify some variables that were not taken into account and specify some variables to establish a fair price in the market of the city of Villavicencio (Meta).
